Dale Quist Obituary
There will be a private burial service for Dale at the Christdala Swedish Church later in the spring, when the weather permits. Christdala is about a mile from Millersburg and the old Quist farm where Dale was born and grew up.
Dale was a star athlete at Northfield High School and the University of Minnesota in the 1950s. He served as head football coach at Shattuck and Carleton College for many years, and was inducted into the NHS Athletic Hall of Fame. Dale and Betty built a home on Circle Lake and he had a successful business career in Northfield and Dundas.
