Dale Lannie Stanfield, age 62, passed away Saturday, March 30, 2024 at Optim Medical Center in Reidsville. A native and life long resident of Glennville, Dale was born on September 12, 1961 to Lannie and Ethel Morgan Standfield. Dale was the owner of S&D Stanfield Logging. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, and is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Susan Ann Weathers Stanfield; his grandson, Colby Lane Anderson and his brothers, Albert and Paul Stanfield.
He is survived by his children, Nikki Stanfield of Claxton, Nick Stanfield (Logan), David Anderson and Bryan (Ashley) Anderson all of Glennville; brothers, Arthur “Hammer” (Brenda) Stanfield of Jesup and Mitchell (Ann) Stanfield of Surrency; 7 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends beginning at 10:00am on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 with the funeral services to follow at 11:00am from the Chapel of the Glennville Funeral Home with Brother Glen Stanfield officiating. Interment will be in the Stanfield Family Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Gregory Stanfield, Bubba Stanfield, Judd Stanfield, Mike Thompson, Elvin Todd, and Charles Weathers.
