Damien Parker born on June 30, 1998 weighing a whopping 3lbs to his parents William Parker, III. and Tabatha Parker. Damien departed this life on October 7, 2024.
Damien the baby of the family, was affectionately known to many as "Dollar Bill", "Fat Woe", or "DayDay". Damien received his education in Baltimore City Schools. He has left a lasting impact in the lives of many. Damien had accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior. Damien enjoyed playing in and out of school sports which included football, basketball and lacrosse. Dollar Bill played pop warner football with a few teams; Longhorns, Stallions and Jaguars. When he became a little older, his coaches would let him assist in coaching the youngsters.
Damien enjoyed being around family and friends, where he was always on joke time, cooking, dancing, freestyling, singing gospel, rap and r&b. Damien was a protector of his family and friends. Damien loved the kids; he would always help his elders and would give the shirt of his back without his hand out for payment. During some of his daily joke time, he would mock his aunt, Cornetta and his grandma, Vanessa. He would often bet his friends at a young age about sharing the same birthday as his mom and would bet his mom from a child to an adult whenever the Ravens vs. Steelers game was on.
Damien was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Vanessa and Shelia; grandfathers, Ryland and William, II.; brother/cousin, Keynon; and sister, Keira.
Damien leaves to cherish his memories father, William Parker, III. (Lashae); mother, Tabatha Rice-Day (TonyDay); brothers, Deondre, Terrell, Keondre, Tashawn, Darell and Cam'ron; sisters, Jayda, Laniya, Cassidy and Dasha; aunts, Cornetta (Anthony), Monique (Domaneek, Sr.), Evelyn (Gregory); uncles, Lance (Carol) and Stephen (Ronda); nieces, Amya and K'Zari; nephews, Kyrell, Keondre, Jr., Karter, Kyion; best friends from knee high, Jermeisha "MeMe" and Calvin; cousins that grew up as siblings, Shaminique, Domaneek, Jr. and Daneisha; god sister, Shavon; and a host of family and friends.
