Damien Michael Sunseri, 31, passed away on September 13, 2025 from a pulmonary embolism. Son of Diana (Tim Burkhart) Mauder and Robert Sunseri Jr.; grandson of the late George and Rochelle Mauder and Marilyn (the late Rich) Paul and the Late Robert Sunseri Sr.; brother to Alexis (Corey) Seligman, Dylan (Carley) Sunseri, Armand (Micah) Sunseri, Julian (Joanna) Sunseri, and Cameron Sunseri; uncle to Logan and Chloe Seligman, Evan and Henry Sunseri, Rowan Sunseri, Sonny and Paisley Sunseri; he will also be greatly missed by his cousins, uncles, and aunts.

Damien brought light, laughter, and love to every life he touched. He had a passion for baking and making pizza. He took great pride in caring for his siblings, showing a selfless heart. He had a boundless love for animals, drawing inspiration from heroes like Steve Irwin. Whether it was sharing animal facts, fishing by the lake, or crab fishing, nature was his happy place. One of his most cherished memories was a meaningful trip to Israel – an experience that left a lasting imprint on his spirit. A lover of games, enjoyed playing Rummy 500 and never missed a chance to win with a smile. He also loved trips to Pirate's Cove, camping under the stars, and playing disc golf with his brothers. Music was the rhythm of his life – especially old school rap – and comedy brought endless joy, particularly stand up. Movies were another source of comfort. He gave without hesitation and loved with his whole being. His mom was his lifelong best friend – their bond was deep, genuine, and full of love, laughter, and unwavering support.
