Dana A. White, Sr., 75, of Frametown, WV passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2023 at home.

He was born at Lower Sleith on July 9, 1947 to the late Ronzal Adam White and Gladys Marie Carte White.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his ex-wife and friend, Loretta White; son, Charles R. White; and two brothers, Charles and Ronnie White.

Dana was a retired Steel Mill Worker. He retired from his work in Ohio and moved back to his home in West Virginia to take care of his aging parents in the year 2000. He completely enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He enjoyed hunting on his own property. Dana was a gardener who took care of the harvesting and canning too. He was very particular with his lawn and weedeating. On the television he liked to watch Westerns and Sports. He had a generous heart in his community. He and his family had much love between them. Dana will be deeply missed.

Left to cherish his memories are his sons, Dana White of Lorain, OH, Ronzal White of Lorain, OH, Wayne White (Stacy Foster) of Gassaway, Billy White of Sutton; daughter, Tanya Porter (Terry) of Huntington; Alex Lolopulos (Tina) of Virginia and Bobby Lolopulos of Beckley; grandchildren, William White, Emily White, Carlie White, Dana White III, Kallie White, Austyn White, Jaime Figueroa, Aubrey White, Delmer Adkins, Katie Adkins, Eli White, April Spencer, and Alex Lolopulos II; six great grandchildren; sisters, Edna Zwoll of Orma, Janet Glessner of Buckhannon, Marie Collins (Darrell) of Wilsie; and several nieces and nephews.

Dana's visitation will be 6 to 8 P.M. Thursday, February 16, 2023 at Roach Funeral Home, Gassaway.

His funeral will be 11 A.M Friday, February 17th at the funeral home with Pastor Rick Garavaglia officiating. Internment will follow in the White & Jarvis Cemetery, Upper Sleith.
