Daniel Ray Adams, age 53, of McEwen, TN, passed away on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at his home. He was born on December 17, 1971, to his parents, Clayton Daniel Adams and Jane Valerie Fling Adams. He was a dedicated professional who made significant contributions to the field of technology through his long-standing career at Gig Fire, originally known as Fast Forward.
From an early age, Daniel demonstrated exceptional aptitude and enthusiasm for computers, achieving one of his proudest accomplishments by writing scholastic computer programs while still in the third grade. This early passion paved the way for a fruitful career where he combined his technical skills with a strong work ethic.
In addition to his professional achievements, Daniel was a man of faith who loved God deeply. His spiritual beliefs were a guiding force in his life, influencing both his personal and professional relationships.
Outside of his career, Daniel had a range of interests which included a particular fondness for visiting the zoo, where he found joy in observing and learning about animals.
Visitation will be held Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. until service time at Humphreys County Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Humphreys County Funeral Home with Bro. Kent Curtis officiating.
Interment will follow at Crossroads Cemetery in Erin, TN.
