Daniel "Danny" M. Bailey, 53, Pittsville, passed away on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at Marshfield Medical Center with family by his side after a long battle with liver disease.
Danny was born on October 20, 1972 in Marshfield to Mark "Doc" and Grace (Reigel) Bailey. He graduated from Marshfield High School.
Danny worked as a welder for several years before retiring to care for his uncle Keith.
Danny loved his family. He also enjoyed target shooting with his sister and friends. He liked to challenge anyone in a game of people anytime, anywhere. Fishing - especially for Trout - was a favorite pastime since childhood. He also loved to garden the last few years.
He is survived by his mother, Grace Bailey, sister, Jamey Bailey, nephews, Alex and Brody Block, and niece, Gracey Block.
He was preceded in death by his father, Mark "Doc" Bailey, uncle, Keith Allen Peterson, and grandma, Marion Peterson.
