Daniel G. Butler

Daniel G. Butler, 73, of Saylorsburg, passed away Wednesday, December 21, in his daughter's home in East Stroudsburg.
Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was the loving son of the late Ebrey Butler and the late Dorothy (Fallon) Butler.
Daniel was a pharmaceutical operator for over twenty five years. He enjoyed fishing and gambling, and always had a great sense of humor. Most of all, he loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. He was a loving and caring father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. Daniel will be deeply missed by all his friends and family.
He is survived by a son, Daniel Butler; three daughters, Darlene Devoy and her husband Thomas, MaryAnn Butler and her significant other, Matthew Malhame, Bonnie Myers and her husband Keith; a brother, Patrick Butler; two sisters, Dorothy Seit, Kathleen Lennon; eight grandchildren, Sarah, MaKayla, Elizabeth, Kylie, Michah, Madyson, Morgan, Gracie; a great grandchild, Jace; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Brian and Michael Butler, and sister, Susan Skelly.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 27 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Kresge Funeral Home, 1763 Route 209, Brodheadsville. Memorial services will follow at 7:30 PM with Rev. Robert Simon officiating.
