Kay Frable

Kay Frable, 88, of Kunkletown, PA, passed away Monday, February 16, 2026, at Liza's House Assisted Living, Danielsville, PA.

She was the loving wife of the late Melvin R. Frable. They celebrated 60 years of marriage together before his passing in 2019.

Born on December 17, 1937, in Palmerton, PA, she was the daughter of the late Paul Greenzweig and the late Florence (Knerr) Greenzweig.

Kay was a member of St. Matthew's Church in Kunkletown. After graduating high school she attended beauty school and owned and operated a beauty shop from her home for sixteen years. Later, she began working for the family business at the Greenzweig Hotel in Kunkletown. Kay loved her cats and always enjoyed shopping and visiting flea markets. Most of all, she was a loving and caring wife, mother, sister, aunt, and friend. Kay will be deeply missed by all her friends and family.

She is survived by her daughter, Jill Frable and her husband David Eisler; her brother, Barry Greenzweig and his wife Roxanne; her niece, Terrie Ann Krome, and her nephew, Alex Greenzweig.

A viewing will be held on Friday, February 20, 2026, from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at St. Matthew's ECC, Kunkletown. A church service will follow at 2:30 PM with Pastor Wil Hoffman officiating. Burial will follow the service in St. Matthew's Cemetery, Kunkletown.
