Obituary published on Legacy.com by Carrillo Funeral Homes - Dallas on Mar. 6, 2026.
Obituary for Daniel Arellano Cervantes

Daniel Arellano Cervantes was born on July 19, 1968, in Miguel Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico, to Erasmo Arellano Muñoz and Virginia Cervantes. He passed away on March 4, 2026, surrounded by his loving family in Dallas, Texas.

Daniel was preceded in death by his brother, Ruben Arellano Cervantes.

He is survived by his beloved parents, Erasmo Arellano Muñoz and Virginia Cervantes; his loving wife, Maria Guadalupe Sanchez; his son, Daniel Arellano Sanchez; and his daughters, Karla Arrellano Sanchez and Marcela Arellano Sanchez. He is also survived by his brothers, Jorge Arellano Cervantes and Adrian Arellano Cervantes; and his sisters, Graciela Arellano Cervantes, Maria de los Angeles Arellano Cervantes, Claudia Arellano Cervantes, and Cecilia Arellano Cervantes.

Daniel was known as a happy, loving, and independent person-a true family man who cherished every moment spent surrounded by his loved ones. He had a generous heart and enjoyed working with crafts, especially making keychains, rosaries, and bracelets, which he often gave away to friends and family as tokens of his kindness.

One of Daniel's greatest dreams was to return to Mexico and retire there with his family. He had even purchased land with the hope of building a home where they could all be together.

Daniel loved listening to music of all kinds, and his favorite color was red-a strong and vibrant color that reflected his free-spirited and joyful personality.

He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

May he rest in eternal peace.
