Daniel B. Clement

Daniel B. Clement age 66, of Mullica Hill, formerly of Barnsboro and Mantua passed away suddenly on Saturday, October 22, 2022. Born in Woodbury to the late Harry Clement and Anna (nee Ballinger), he graduated from Clearview Regional High School Class of 1975. Dan was loving being retired from Exxon Mobile in Paulsboro where he worked in the Lube Plant for 35+ years.
Dan accepted the Lord at a young age, and he was a founding member of Fellowship Bible Church in Mantua Twp. He enjoyed listening to country music, riding his Harley Davidson Motorcycle and was a member of the CCHOG. He took great pride in taking care of his family, who were his number one priority in life. He loved his home, gardening, and tending to his (Kayla's) chickens. Dan was an avid baseball fan and had a rooting interest in the Pittsburgh Pirates. He enjoyed cruises and recently made lifetime memories on a cruise to Alaska with his entire family.
Most of all he loved his family. He loved his children's spouses and partners as much as he loved his own children, and every one of them was his pride and joy, and he felt his greatest accomplishment.
His grandchildren were absolutely the light in his life, sharing a very special and unique relationship with each and every one of them.
Dan met the love of his life, his wife of 43 years Karen R. Clement (nee Tapken), at the age of 17 where he was not only her husband, but her greatest supporter and best friend. He is survived by his wife; his five children who he was more proud of than they will ever know, Heidi Klincewicz (Mark), Melissa Buchanan (Allen), Daniel "Zachary" Clement (Alex Wigglesworth), Leighann Biggs (Joshua), Cory Clement (Jessica); six grandchildren, Kayla Klincewicz, Cecilia Clement, Mia Buchanan, Axl and Enoch Biggs, and his newest grandchild, Vera Clement; his brother, Michael (Ariel) Clement; sister-in-law, Kimberly Cardone; brothers-in-law Michael Tapken, & Henry "Hank" Tapken; many nieces and nephews, and his shadow, Chester, "The greatest dog in the world".
Family and Friends may visit from 9 am to 11 am on Saturday, October 29th, at Smith Funeral Home, 47 Main Street Mantua, NJ where a funeral service will be held at 11 am. Burial will follow in Eglington Cemetery in Clarksboro, NJ. Anyone who shares Dan's love of motorcycles is welcome to join his fellow CCHOG friends with their bike in the procession.
