Daniel is survived by his daughters, Emalia Clements and Elliana Clements; mother, Aimy Dixon; brothers, Larry (Cherish) Clements, Jr. and Jordan Clements; sisters, Maliyah (Regan Ferguson) Clements and Emmy Clements; his beloved chihuahua, El Chopo Clements; nieces & nephews, Hoksila Clements, Hinata Clements, Messiah and Aurelio Ferguson; uncles, James Clements, Robert Clements, Allen Smith, and Spencer St. Germaine; aunts, Annie Smith, Alice Arcoren, Cinnamon Flying Hawk, Casey Lopez, and Kathy Pilcher; grandparents, Susan Shangreaux, Carole O'Rourke, Colleen Cottier, Roberta Crazy Thunder, Arlene Brewer, Melvin Clifford, Karen Nelson, Doris Thibeault, Patti Shangreaux, Millie Richards, and Mona Richards; great grandmother, Suzanne (White Wolf) Swallow; and numerous family and extended family members.
Daniel was preceded in death by his father, Larry Ray Clements, Sr.; brothers, Brandon Brings Plenty and Nathaniel Bad Milk; grandparents, Lorna Clifford-Clements, James Clements, Ray Cordova/Flying Hawk, Daniel Clifford, Rita Siderits, Myrna DuBray, Joann Clifford, Larry J. Clifford, maternal grandmother Rose Dixon, Kathleen Dixon, Lori Dixon, Teresa Dixon, Chuck Dixon, Soup Shangreaux, and Chuck St. Germaine; great grandparents, Katherine (Flying Hawk) Richards, Warfield Richards, Pearl (Cedar Face) Dixon, Jim Dixon, Edward White Wolf, Louie G White Wolf, and Charles White Wolf, Jr.; and great great grandparents, Daniel Clifford, Edith Pourier-Clifford, and John and Alice (Horn Cloud) White Wolf.
Pallbearers will be Cody Daugherty, Gregory Swick, Jr., Michael Richards, Regan Ferguson, Brent John Janis, Kelon Clements, Charles Merrival, Ron Martin, and Erlund Black Elk.
Honorary pallbearers will be all friends and relatives too numerous to name.
Wake Services: One night wake service starting at 10:30 AM, Thursday, October 3, 2024 at White Wolf Family Land-Mission Flat near Pine Ridge, SD
Funeral Services: 12:00 PM, Friday, October 4, 2024 at White Wolf Family Land-Mission Flat near Pine Ridge, SD.
Officiating: Deacon Bill White
Traditional Lakota Services: Fred Cedar Face
Burial Services: White Wolf Family Cemetery-Mission Flat-Pine Ridge, SD
