Daniel Heath Coxwell, 37, of Chatom, Passed away on December 8, 2024. In Huntsville after a courageous fight with his illness. Heath was born on September 5, 1987, to parents Randall Keith and Bonnie Faye Carpenter Coxwell in Waynesboro Mississippi. He enjoyed gaming and worked as an EMT in Mobile and Baldwin counties.
Preceded in death by his parents Randall Keith Coxwell and Bonnie Faye Carpenter Moss, grandparents Aubry J. and Mary Moss Coxwell, Carlyon Carpenter, and his aunt Debra Nicole Andriania.
Survived by his stepfather Jonathan (Ashley) Moss, brothers Clayton Scott Moss, John Curtis Moss, nephew Daniel Keith Vern Moss, grandfather Daniel Lamar Carpenter, aunts Michelle Carpenter Shelton and Janice Renea Grimes. Also many other cousins, extended family and loving friends.
Pallbearers will be James Ryan Hoffman, Kenneth William Crouch II, Thomas Carter, Joshua Baxter, Clayton Scott Moss, and James Diffly.
Funeral services will be at 12 p.m. on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at Chatom Church of God with a visitation starting at 10 a.m. Bro. John and Naomi Brown officiating and Lathan Funeral Home directing. Burial will be at the church cemetery following services.
