Daniel Dachille

Daniel Dachille passed away peacefully at Edenwald on February 28, 2026. He was born November 7, 1934, to Ella (nee Lennon) and Giovanni Dachille. He was raised in East Baltimore with 4 siblings, John, James, William and Anna, all of whom have predeceased him.

A graduate of Baltimore Polytechnic Institute and later Johns Hopkins University with a degree in Industrial Engineering, he began his career with Bendix Corporation and ended with Bethlehem Steel Corporation.

He served two years in the United States Army, 1957-59, stationed in Germany.

Dan was a longtime parishioner of St. Rita's Roman Catholic Church.

He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Lollie (nee Waskiewicz), two sons, Daniel and Mark (Caroline Owens), and son-in-law Tim Odell. He is predeceased by his beloved daughter, Pamela Odell and daughter-in-law, Deborah Dachille. He has 7 grandchildren: Michelle Harris (Eric), Christina Jordan (Ron), Garrett Dachille (Kate), Kelly Dachille, Timothy Odell, Dominic Dachille (Braxton) and Anna Odell. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren: Michaela, Daniel, Bella, Juno and Maris, with one on the way.

Dan was a family man through and through. He was a great husband, great father and great Pop Pop!

Friends may visit at the Ruck Towson Funeral Home, Inc. 1050 York Rd, Towson, MD on Friday, March 6th from 2-4 & 6-8pm and where the Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, March 7th at 10am. The interment will follow at Highview Memorial Gardens.
