Daniel (Danny) Dedrick passed away on September 21, 2025, at the age of 73 after a period of declining health. Born on April 29, 1952, Danny spent his life in East Boston, Beachmont, and Maine. He is survived by his children, Dan Dedrick and his partner Madison, Aubrey Hirst and her husband Zac, and Eean Dedrick, as well as his five beloved grandchildren - Jaydin, Kaleb, Ava, Violet, and Sullivan. He is also survived by his sisters, Mary Dedrick of Revere and Donna Dedrick Nam of Long Beach, California, and nine nieces and nephews. Danny was preceded in death by his parents, Helen and David Dedrick, his brother David Dedrick, and sisters Helen Molbeck and Ann Marie Corcoran. Danny was a hard worker throughout his life. He began working at a young age making bread truck deliveries, later went on to own and operate a store and restaurant, and held various cooking jobs that reflected his strong work ethic and love for food. He will be remembered for his unique sense of humor, his kindness, generosity, and the love he showed to his family and friends. Danny will be deeply missed by all who knew him.The family asks that you keep his memory alive by sharing stories, laughter, and kindness with one another.
