Daniel Alan Dennis

Daniel Alan Dennis, aged 28, of Leesburg, left this world on Tuesday, August 6, 2024. He was a cherished member of the Leesburg community, having been born and raised there. He dedicated his career to being a Diesel Mechanic, showcasing his talent and dedication to his craft. In addition to his professional life, he was a member of the First Missionary Baptist Church, where his presence will be deeply missed. He is lovingly remembered by his dear Mother, Newa Olivia Lawrence of Eustis, FL; his Grandfather, Kelly Hamel of Leesburg, FL; his Grandparents, Karen and Denny Dennis of PA, as well his Grandparents, Elaine and Bruce Potter of Sumterville, FL. Daniel is also survived by his beloved Daughter, Ellie Mae Dennis of Fruitland Park, FL; his sisters, Alicia Lawrence of Kingston, TN, Denise Lawrence of Eustis, FL, and Elena Lawrence of Iuka, MS. He leaves behind a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and Extended Family who will all carry his memory in their hearts. A service to commemorate and celebrate Daniel's life will be held at Blackjack Sporting Clays Club in Sumterville on Sunday, August 18, 2024, starting at 4:00 PM.
