Daniel Voss Dieter

Daniel Voss Dieter, 67, of Bailey, passed away Sunday. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Saturday, August 20, 2022, at Joyner s Funeral Home. Rev. Walter Blackman will officiate. Inurnment will be held at a later date.
The Family will receive Friends prior to the service from 11:00 a.m. 1:00 p.m. at Joyner s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.
Daniel was an avid windsurfer and had a passion for antiques. He loved his family dearly. He attended Rock Springs Free Will Baptist Church and loved his church family deeply. He was a long-time mechanic for the North Carolina State Department of Transportation and enjoyed his career there.
Daniel is survived by his loving wife, Ramona Tuck of the home, in which he had 33 years of wonderful memories, the last 14 in marriage; sister, Donna Trest and husband, Roy of Calabash; brothers, Frank Dieter and wife, Mary of Roanoke, Virginia and Jon Dieter of Cary; as well as a host of loving extended family members.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Donn and Erma Dieter; identical twin brother, David P. Dieter and brother, Steve A. Dieter.
