Daniel was a hard worker and over the course of his life had worked at several places, including Reinhart Food Distributors, Sherwood Food Services and most recently Freeway Corp. in Valley View. The most enjoyable job he'd held however, was when he was in high school and worked at the haunted house in Garretsville, where he proudly and happily perfected the art of scaring people!
He was a collector of all things Pokemon and loved playing video games online with family and friends. He also enjoyed music, especially heavy metal. He often went to concerts and had amassed a collection of over 200 concert tee shirts from his favorite groups such as Lamb of God, Slipknot and Chimaira!
Daniel found peace and joy in the outdoors, where he often retreated to fish and hike the trails, as well as hunt for deer. He also had quite a collection of guns.
Daniel's truest passion, however, was BMX biking! Whether he was teaching his nieces and nephews to ride, hanging out at Ray's Mountain Bike Park, or hitting the trails and "grabbing some air", he could build and ride mountain bikes as though they were an extension of himself!
Daniel will be best remembered, however, as someone who brought joy and laughter to all those who knew him and who, no matter his age, always acted like a kid at heart!
