Daniel Garcia Obituary
Daniel Ray Garcia, age 37, of Live Oak, Texas, passed away on November 17, 2025, in San Antonio, Texas. Daniel was born in Hondo, Texas on November 9, 1988, to Nattie Sotelo and Rudy Garcia.
Daniel is preceded in death by his grandfather: Ramon Garcia; uncle: Raymond Jesse Garcia; great-grandmother: Guadalupe Flores; stepbrother: Matthew Garza; and grandparents: Daniel and Melchora Sotelo.
Daniel is survived by his husband: Alfred Martinez; sons: Nathaniel Garcia, Draik Garcia, Grayson Garcia, and Lyric Garcia; father: Rudy Garcia (Josh Dawson); mother: Nattie Sotelo; sister: Mariah Angeloff (Austin); step-brother: Andrew Garza; and grandparents: Grandma Pearl, and Grandpa Fermin.
Daniel had an irresistible smile that could light up a room. He lived his life carefree - with no boundaries or regrets. He was spontaneous and always ready to make an adventure out of every day. He also took so much pride in the bond he shared with his entire family. He had a love for his fur babies, music, crafting, traveling, long drives, star gazing, and most of all as he called it “our safe place” our “happy place” The BEACH.

A visitation will be held on Monday, November 24, 2025, at Hondo Funeral Home, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Services will conclude at the funeral home.
Services are under the Direction of Hondo Funeral Home.
