Daniel M. "Danny" Harris II, age 52, of Logan, Ohio, passed away December 25, 2024, at Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.
Danny was born August 10, 1972, in St. Louis, Missouri to Daniel M. Harris and Diane Harris. He was a proud member of the UA 189, Plumber and Pipefitter Union. Danny enjoyed fishing and riding his side-by-side. He was the life of the party and loved telling jokes. Danny loved animals and living life to the fullest. There was never a dull moment with Danny, and he never met a stranger. Family and friends meant the world to Danny, and he will be deeply missed by all.
Surviving are his loving wife of 32 years, Janie Harris; daughters, Alissa M. (Jacob) Tribut and Olivia D. (Nicholas Baker) Harris; siblings, Jennifer (Sam) Vanhoose, Doug (Paula) Sayles, and Dana (Eric) Kline; brother-in-law, Jay (Chrissy) Teal; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Sheila and Melvin Teal; nephews, Matt (Kali) Mason and Casey (Ally) Mason; nieces, Tyler Teal and Roary Teal; great-niece and great-nephew, Laraine and Brantley Mason; many close friends; and dog, Cashew.
Danny was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
There will be a simple cremation held for Danny.
Arrangements are by the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home of Logan, Ohio.
