Daniel M. Huddleston, age 77, of Anderson, IN, passed away on December 29, 2025. Born on January 19, 1948, he was the cherished son of the late Daniel Cleveland and Allie Mae Gertrude (Riddle) Huddleston.
Daniel was a devoted husband who married the love of his life, Sueretta Cross, on December 30, 1966. Together, they celebrated 59 years of love, partnership, and family. He attended Highland High School and dedicated 37 years of his professional life to General Motors, where he was known for his strong work ethic and commitment.
In his leisure time, Daniel found joy in the great outdoors, cherishing moments spent fishing, camping, and engaging with nature. Above all, he treasured the time spent with his family, particularly his beloved granddaughters, Makayla, Makenna, and Makylia, who brought him immense joy and pride.
Daniel leaves behind a loving family, including his wife, Sueretta Huddleston; sons, Daniel "Tony" Huddleston of Anderson and Michael (Tressa) Huddleston of Bristol, Indiana; cherished granddaughters; along with his sister, Sonya (David) Robinson of Alexandria, and brother, Clay (Leesa) Huddleston of Anderson.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, David Huddleston.
As we remember Daniel, let us celebrate his life, filled with laughter, love, and a spirit that touched all who knew him. His legacy will live on in our hearts and memories.
A graveside service will be held in his honor on Friday, January 2, 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel, located at 6805 Doctor M.L.K. Jr Blvd, Anderson, IN 46013, allowing family and friends to pay their respects and celebrate a life well-lived.
Daniel's services have been entrusted to Bozell Funeral Homes and Crematory- Brown-Butz-Diedring Chapel.
