Kendall Martin Hendrickson, 82, of Mooresville, passed away peacefully on February 18, 2026. Kendall was born in Ellsworth, KS on May 6, 1943 to Claude and Leta (Dengate) Hendrickson. He married the love of his life, Donna Jo (Vaught) Hendrickson on December 27, 1964.
Kendall was a 1963 graduate of Salina High School in Salina, KS. He furthered his education by obtaining his bachelor's degree in Theology from Anderson College in 1967.
Kendall served as Pastor for several churches over the years including; First Church of God in Salina, KS for 5 years, First Church of God in Lenora, KS for 12 years, First Church of God in Nowata, OK for 6 years, First Church of God in Schereville, IN for 5 years and Donica Memorial Church of God in Bedford, IN for 13 years.
A devout Christian, Kendall was most recently a member of Brooklyn Church of God. He enjoyed spending time with his family and completing DIY projects, especially for his family. A special moment in Kendall and Donna's life was when she donated one of her kidneys to him in April of 1988. This was a special moment they shared together and it meant the world to Kendall. Kendall will be remembered for his love for others, his kind heart, and his compassion.
Kendall is survived by his wife; 4 children: Andy Hendrickson (Christine) of Palm Harbor, FL, Susie Peters (Ray) of Avon, Jon Hendrickson (Donna) of Peoria, AZ and Debbie Finn (Guy) of Mooresville; 13 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and a sister, Janice Heizer.
Kendall is preceded in death by his parents; granddaughter, Megan Hendrickson; brother, Darrell Hendrickson and daughter in law, Brenda Hendrickson.
Final arrangements are entrusted to Jones Family Funeral and Cremation Service in Mooresville. A Memorial Celebration of Life Service will be announced at a later date.
