Daniel Lee "Sr" Irwin

Mr. Daniel Lee Irwin Sr., age 62, of Aynor, passed away unexpectedly on March 8, 2026. Mr. Daniel was the husband of the late Kari Lynn Cypher Irwin and son of the late Homer and Hannah Shondelmyer Irwin. In addition to his wife and parents, he was predeceased by his In-laws, Robert and Irene Cypher; one sister-in-law, Julie Irwin; one great-nephew, Landon Akins; and a cousin, Johnny Keltz. Mr. Daniel loved his family and friends dearly and enjoyed spending time with his granddaughters. He loved to cook, garden, hunt, and fish, go to Bear Camp, and during his spare time, you could always find him tinkering with things. Surviving Mr. Daniel is one daughter, Stephany Irwin (Juelie Lane); two sons, D.J. Irwin (Kristin) and Spencer Rand (Jess); four granddaughters, Shelbey, Jianna, Leigha, and Leivi; two brothers, Rick Irwin (Lisa) and Bob Irwin; one sister, Cathy Irwin; three sisters-in-law, Kim Knappenberger, Karen Budosh, and Tiffanie Signorella (Joe); and many nieces, nephews, and extended family. Mr. Daniel will be laid to rest with his wife in Pennsylvania in the spring.
