Daniel Koerner Obituary

Born in Wilmington, DE, he was the son of Carol Ann (Capodanno) and the late Robin Lewis Koerner. There are no words to express how much his parents loved him.
Daniel graduated from St. Elizabeth High School and Delaware Technical & Community College with a degree in culinary arts. He also received certification from the Notter School of Pastry Arts in Orlando, FL. Daniel had a passion for cooking, especially cakes and chocolates, and loved to create fancy desserts for everyone to enjoy.
In addition to his mother, he leaves behind his brother, Kevin (Melissa); nephew, Kevin, Jr.; Niece, Everly; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Daniel will be greatly missed by his family and many friends.
All services will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Daniel's memory may be made to The Salvation Army, P.O. Box 308, Wilmington, DE 19899.

So sorry for you loss. I went to school with Dan for 12 years and have seen him around and chatted with him a handful of times the past couple of years. He was always a very nice guy.
