Daniel Walter Krotosek of Monroe Township, peacefully passed away at University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro on Sunday, December 28, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.

Born in New Brunswick to the late Walter and Anne P. Krotosek, Dan was raised in East Brunswick, residing in the town for over 65 years. In 2017, Dan relocated to Rossmoor in Monroe Township where he has lived ever since. Before his retirement, Mr. Krotosek was employed in sales with Slomin's Shield in East Brunswick, as well as time spent in both Kmart in East Brunswick and Walmart in Old Bridge.

Dan was a very talented athlete, having won county doubles in tennis and as an avid bowler. He competed in the Senior Olympics over the past several years, garnering many medals in bowling and other events. Since his retirement in 2022, he has enjoyed traveling, bowling, billiards, bocce, going to the casino, hanging with his cat, Rocky, and watching the Jets, Mets, Knicks, and Rutgers basketball. He was a loving husband, father, brother, and friend and will be missed by the many who he knew throughout his life.

Daniel is predeceased by his parents Walter and Anne Krotosek.

He is survived by his beloved wife Darlene Daly (Miller) of Monroe Township; his stepchildren and their spouses Patrick and Dawn Daly and Gail and Justin Raymond; his grandson LCpl Patrick Daly and dear granddaughter Annabelle; his brother and sister-in-law Gregory & Cheryl Krotosek; as well as many family and dear friends.

Calling hours will take place on Saturday at Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, 15 Cherry Lane, Parlin from 12pm to 3pm with prayer services scheduled for 2pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Dan's name to the Wounded Warriors Project at support.woundedwarriorproject.org/.
