Daniel Laubhan Obituary
Daniel J. Laubhan, age 68 passed away unexpectedly Sunday, February 11, 2024 at Ascension St. Mary's Hospital. Daniel was born on February 23, 1955 in Saginaw, Michigan the son of the late Edward and Rose (Benkert) Laubhan. He graduated high school from St. Stephen's Catholic School in 1973. Daniel was united in marriage to the former Kathy Guerin on June 5, 1982 in Saginaw, Michigan; she survives him.
Dan enjoyed golfing, fishing, traveling and going to the beach; but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family.
Dan is survived by his wife, Kathy; son, Kevin (Anne) Laubhan, a grandchild on the way; brother, Tim (Tami) Laubhan; sister, Tina (Jack) Boening; several nieces and dear friends. Dan was preceded in death by two sons, Ryan and Jeffrey Laubhan and his parents.
Funeral: In keeping with Dan's wishes cremation has taken place and he will be laid to rest in a small private gathering at St. Andrew's Cemetery on Tuesday, February 20, 2024.
Memorials: If desired, condolences may be sent to the family at Deisler Funeral Home, 2233 Hemmeter Rd, Saginaw, MI 48603.

God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. Dan was a GREAT GUY. I went to school with him at St. Stephens and graduated together in 1973. He came from a very nice family and had wonderful siblings.

I met Dan in 1979, we worked together at the post office, I introduced him to Kathy and it was instant love.

I remember Tim and Dan introducing me to a baseball board game called APBA. I liked it so much I purchased the game myself and played two entire Baltimore Oriole seasons with it. Dan will be missed. Cousin Larry Wenzel
