It is with profound sorrow that we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of Daniel Aung Lee, beloved husband, brother, uncle, and a cherished member of the community. Born on October 24, 1966, in the vibrant land of Myanmar, Daniel left this world on July 16, 2025, in Colton, California, leaving behind a legacy defined by love, dedication, and remarkable contributions.

Daniel dedicated 18 years of his life to the esteemed workplace of Union Pacific Railroad as a machinist, where his craftsmanship and unwavering commitment to excellence shone brightly. An esteemed member of the workforce, he was known not only for his skill but also for his ability to inspire his colleagues with a passion that transcended the everyday grind of labor.

His educational journey culminated as a proud high school graduate, a foundation upon which he built his successful career. Yet, it was in the embrace of his faith as a devoted Baptist and deacon that he truly found his calling; his compassionate spirit and commitment to service led him to touch the lives of many, embodying the very teachings he held dear.

Daniel wore many hats in life, balancing the rigors of work with the joys of his hobbies and interests. He was an avid golfer, finding solace in the game, and he brought melodies to life while playing the bass guitar, often captivating friends and family with his musical talents. Daniels biggest achievement was faithfully offering worship back to God who blessed his life all throughout. He gave back to his church with his time, talent, and heart. His adventures didn't stop at hobbies and service; Daniel had an insatiable wanderlust for traveling, exploring new horizons that brought him both joy and enriching experiences.

Those who adored him include his loving wife, May Huang, who shared seven beautiful years of marriage, creating a tapestry of memories intertwined with laughter and love. His sister, Natalie Chen, stands as a pillar in his memory, gracefully carrying forward the essence of their familial bond. His two nephews Jimmy and Henry who will always carry the lessons and values their beloved uncle taught them. Lastly his beloved niece Annie who will always remember their special bond and love.

Deeply missed also are the guiding figures in his life, his beloved parents, Baw Ma and Sein Myint, whose unwavering love laid the groundwork for his values and aspirations. Alongside these foundational figures, innumerable friends and community members will undoubtedly carry the echo of his laughter and the warmth of his spirit in their hearts.

As we gather to honor the life of Daniel Aung Lee, we invite all who knew him to join us for visitation on August 2, 2025, from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM, at 8277 Juniper Avenue, Fontana, California.
