He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Roseann; his children, Danielle (Timothy) Hogan, Matthew (Cynthia) Lewandowski, and Nicole Lewandowski; and his four grandchildren, Owen and Alexander Lewandowski; Shea and Quinn Hogan. He was preceded in death by his parents.
A private memorial service with immediate family will take place to celebrate Dan's life.

Dan will be very missed. He was a true gentleman and a trusted friend. Dan worked elections for the City of Oak Creek with dedication and Genuity. Dan helped all who came to him for assistance and I relied on him greatly. Rest in peace Dan, you deserve it. Catherine Roeske
