Daniel Ray Maynard

Daniel Ray (DANNY) Maynard 50 of Beaver, Ohio, Passed on March 13th, 2026. Danny was born November 16th, 1975, in Portsmouth, Ohio, the son of James and Diane Maynard of Beaver, Ohio.

Surviving are his four children that love him very much, Andrew (Sarah) Mayton of Piketon Ohio, Anna Maynard of Marion Ohio, Alexis (James) Clay of McDermott, Ohio, Devin Maynard of McDermott, Ohio, and 2 long time stepchildren he loved very much Ashley Puckett of Waverly, Ohio & Blake Puckett of Piketon, Ohio; Three grandsons Easton Puckett of Waverly, Ohio, Hendricks and Lenix Maynard of Marion, Ohio; his father, James W. Maynard of Beaver, Ohio; one brother Brian (Rufus) Maynard of Beaver; one sister Cristel Exline of Beaver; and several nieces and nephews that are dear to his heart, Megan Maynard, Brooklyn Exline, Dalyn Exline, Sara Rose, Aaron Maynard, Adriana Maynard, and Chase Newsome.

Danny was preceded in death by his mother, Diane Maynard of Beaver; brother & best friend Rex Maynard of Beaver; grandparents Gilbert (Phillis) Maynard and Luthur (Geneva) Alley; and several other loved ones.

Daniel attended Eastern Local School, and the Vern Rife Vocational School for auto mechanics, but he was a jack of ALL trades.

Just a true handyman he enjoyed doing home remodels, tree trimming, but his real passion was working on cars.

Danny loved time with his family and friends. We will forever cherish his fun and witty personality, he never knew a stranger, and he would help anyone. If he knew ya or not he's on his way. We had several years together, but not nearly enough, my precious brother
