Daniel P. Moyer, 33, of Greensburg, died Friday, June 07, 2024, at home. He was born March 31, 1991, in Jeannette. Dan was a Project Manager for Lennon Smith and Souleret Engineering, Greensburg. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, outdoorsman, and loved playing golf whenever he had the chance. He graduated from Hempfield Area High School and received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg. From a young age and throughout his college years, he enjoyed playing hockey and baseball. Dan was an amazing chef and enjoyed cooking for his family and friends. He was a dedicated fan of all Pittsburgh sports teams. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Paul F. Miller, and his paternal grandparents, Jack E. Moyer, Sr. and Margaret F. Moyer. In addition to his parents, Donna G. Miller Keslar (Darel) and Jack E. Moyer, Jr., he is survived by his wife, Coby V. Detar Moyer, all of Greensburg; brothers, Douglas J. Moyer (Cassie) of Youngwood and Matthew J. Moyer (Kara); maternal grandmother, Mona Storch Miller all of Greenburg; step brother, Adam Keslar of Willard, OH; step sister, Dawn Keslar of Connellsville; niece, Rilee Dillon; mother-in-law, Dana Detar and father-in-law, Timothy Detar, both of Greensburg. Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Dan, Thursday, from 4 p.m. until the time of the blessing service at 8 p.m., in the Clement L. Pantalone Funeral Home, Inc. 409 W.
