Daniel Joseph "Dan" Nelson

Daniel Joseph Nelson was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on April 15th, 2025. Dan was born on July 15th, 1963 to Richard and Joy Nelson in West Covina, California. Daniel met his wife of 37 years, Karen, in Iowa. The two lived in Tennessee while Daniel served in the United States Navy. They then lived in Maine, Iowa, and Arizona before moving to Wyoming. Dan loved music and would fill the family household with the sound of a guitar for his wife and four children: Megan, Anna, Greta, and Josef. He loved the Lord, his wife, children and eight grand children dearly.

Daniel is proceeded in death by his wife Karen, and his father Richard. He is survived by his mother Joy, sister Laura, brother Jon, and his four children. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Minnesota.
