Daniel M. Nickum

Daniel M. Nickum, age 63 of Fayetteville, died Sept. 29, 2022. Retired Sergeant, Cincinnati Police Department with 34 years of service and proudly served his country in the United States Army. Dan was the beloved husband of the late Cynthia Cindy Nickum (nee Lancaster), devoted father of Richard (Amy) Branson, Carolynn (Roman) Balcar, Jana Nickum, Benjamin (Tara) Nickum, and Tiffany (Josh) Shiffer, loving son of Gordon and the late Lola Stone, caring son-in-law of the late Dr. Richard Kirby and Joan M. Lancaster, and dear brother of Ricky Nickum, Jenney Crain, Jeff Stone, Janell Turner, Jerald Stone, and the late James Stone. Also survived by 10 loving grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at the First Baptist Church of Milford, 1376 Woodville Pike, on Tuesday, Oct. 4, at 12 Noon. Friends may visit at the Church on Tues. from 10:30 AM to 12 Noon.
