Daniel Peach Obituary

The O'Fallon IL native was the son of Samuel James Peach and Gloria Ann Johnson Peach who survive.
Daniel had a lifelong love for flying, learning at the age of 16, flying with his grandfather in a plane he still owns today. Daniel was a pilot for the past 25 years with Flexjet, having flown allover, he loved Tennessee and Kentucky and considered it home.
Daniel is survived by his parents, Samuel and Gloria Peach, his sister, Angela Peach Santoni (John), a niece and nephew, Ryan, and Luke Santoni.
Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m. Thursday, July 25, and from 11:00 a.m. until funeral mass Friday, July 26, at Holy Spirit Catholic Church. Funeral Mass will be held at Noon Friday at the church. Inurnment will take place at a later date in St. Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery.

I first met Dan some years back after transitioning to the Challenger fleet and got to fly with him a couple of times. More recently I was in class with him during our recurrent training in Orlando. He shared his aeronautical experience by relating stories that greatly contributed to the discussion at hand. I´d fly with him anytime, anywhere. My condolences to his family and friends.

I loved flying with Danny. He was a lot of fun. I was so sad to hear this news. I was really looking forward to seeing him or flying with him again. Praying his family will find comfort hearing from his friends on the road.
