Daniel Petrush Obituary
Daniel F. Petrush, age 67, of Waterford, passed away Sunday, December 4, 2022 at his home following a long illness due to cancer lovingly surrounded by his family. He was born in Meadville on January 24, 1956, son of the late John Sr. and Doris Petrush.
Daniel was a graduate of Northwestern High School. He was employed as a driver with Fed Ex for 22 years, retiring in 2021. Prior to that, he worked at Community National Bank in Albion. Daniel loved time spent with his family and enjoyed visits to the casino and golfing.
Daniel is survived by his wife of 42 years, Lori Petrush; his brother-in-law, Daniel Vascovich, to whom Daniel was like a father figure; six siblings, Stephanie Singer (James), Robert Petrush Jr. (Tjiauw), Christopher Petrush (Glenna), James Petrush (Barb), Delmyr Petrush (Ruth) and Mary Petrush; and many nieces and nephews.
Daniel's family would like to thank the staff at AHN Cancer Center and the Operating Room at St. Vincent Hospital, AseraCare nurses, Kristen Long and Maureen Beers, and Fr. Chris Singer for the wonderful care and support shown to Daniel and his family.
At the family's request, private arrangements are being handled by the Dusckas Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 2607 Buffalo Rd. Memorial contributions may be made to Daniel's family through the funeral home.

Lori, I am sorry to hear about Dan. I just heard about this today. I enjoyed working with Dan. He was a great person and honest person Amanda`s word and integrity. I´m sure you know that this is a difficult time to lose someone and I just want to let you know that I have you and Dan in my prayers. God bless.
