Daniel Perez Ploke, 91, passed away peacefully Saturday, August 7, 2021 at his home in Henderson, Nevada. Daniel was born September 29, 1929 to John and Beatrice Ploke in Agana, Guam, and the oldest of five children. Daniel in his early years worked for the Bank of Guam. He met his beautiful bride and wife of 70 years, Aveline Belle Won Pat during World War II and they were later married in September 27, 1951. In 1962, Daniel moved his family from Guam to San Francisco where he worked as an accountant for Bank of America. Daniel enjoyed spending all his spare time with his family especially with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He loved collecting coins, all sorts of memorabilia and had a passion for playing Bingo with his wife. He also loved all the one arm bandits the casinos had to offer. Everyone that knew him loved his sense of humor and how he laughed at all his own jokes. Daniel is survived by his wife, Aveline Belle Ploke; along with six children; Don and Bobbie Ploke, Charmaine and Hammond Root, Irv and Rose Ploke, Penny and Kevin Springer, John Ploke, April and Art Lachawicz seven grandchildren, Cassandra Thompson, Marc Root, Tylar Deleagne, Jonathon, Joshua and Liselda Ploke, Zeren Ploke and Cole Lachawicz and four great grandchildren Ashton and Lexi Thompson, Jay and Jaxson Clark. Daniel was preceded in death by his parents and younger brother John Francis Ploke and sisters Polly Richards and Genevieve Snow. His only surviving sister, Irene Sgambelluri currently resides in Guam. Daniel was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend to everyone who knew him. His strong faith and personal relationship with the Lord gave him great joy and he cherished the moments his children and grandchildren prayed over him.
