Daniel Clifford Quackenbush, age 70, of Bayville, New Jersey passed away peacefully at home on February 11, 2026.
Daniel was Born October 26th 1955 in Elizabeth, New Jersey. Daniel carried with him a lifelong love for his family, his community, and the simple joys that made life meaningful. He was the very definition of a family man — devoted and always present for the people he loved most.
An avid sports fan and proud lifelong supporter of the Green Bay Packers, Daniel’s loyalty to his team was unwavering and well known to all who knew him. Whether cheering from his living room or celebrating with friends and family, he supported his team with enthusiasm and pride. He was someone who would always listen and offer thoughtful advice, providing comfort and guidance to those around him. Daniel showed up for his family in every way possible and would do anything for them. He never missed a sporting event — practice or game — for his children and grandchildren, proudly supporting them every step of the way. Outgoing by nature, Daniel had a remarkable ability to light up a room. He was, in every sense, a true supporter.
Above all else, Daniel’s greatest pride and joy was his family. He is survived by his beloved wife of 40 years, Karen; his son, Christopher, and daughter-in-law, Jessica; his daughter, Jessica, and son-in-law, Kirk Lindblom; and his three cherished grandchildren, Daniel, Charles, and Vada. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather whose strength, guidance, and warmth will be deeply missed.
Daniel’s legacy lives on in the love he gave so freely and in the memories his family will carry with them always.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the Saint Barnabas Catholic Church located in Bayville, NJ on February 21, 2026 at 11:00am.
