Dan was the proud owner of Roling Construction. He was a dedicated member of St. Peter's Catholic Church, Helias High School Golf Coach, Missouri Sports Hall of Fame, Home Builders Association of Central Missouri, Elks Lodge, Fraternal Order of Eagles, Sons of American Legion, Knights of Columbus, Jefferson City Host Lions Club, Jefferson City Area Chamber of Commerce, Salute to America Foundation, Beta Theta Pi Fraternity, and University of Missouri Letterman's Club.
Dan was a kind, loving, supportive Father and Grandpa. He didn't know a stranger and would lend a hand to anyone. He enjoyed golfing, tailgating at Mizzou games, visiting his kids in California and Tennessee, watching his grandkids play sports, hanging with his friends and family at the lake, and ensuring everyone in his family was taken care of.
He is survived by his children and their mother, grandchildren, family and many friends. His three children: Bradley Roling and his wife Rachel Roling of Columbia and their children Beckham and Tyson, Jeffrey Roling of Nashville, Danielle Roling of Beverly Hills; children's mother Julie Roling; one brother, Mike Roling and his wife Wanda Roling; and special friend Leah Toebben of Jefferson City.
Dan was preceded in death by his parents Ray and Lorraine Roling; sister, Donna Roling.
Friends will be received for a prayer service at 3:00 p.m., and visitation from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at Houser-Millard Funeral Directors. Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at St. Peter Catholic Church with Rev. Msgr. Robert A. Kurwicki as celebrant. Interment will follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery.
