Daniel was born November 7, 1954 in Trenton, Georgia to parents, Frances Orland and Edna Ruth Bottoms Sutton. He was a 1973 graduate of Davis High School and had worked for a number of years for Desoto Printing as a print operator.
Survivors include sisters, Charlotte Robertson, Carolyn Gass(Benny), brothers Richard Sutton(Pat), Robert Sutton(Faye), along with a host of nieces and nephews.
