Daniel Frazier Taylor, Sr. age 95 died Sunday January 12, 2025 in West Point, MS. Services will be held Thursday January 16, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel; burial will follow at Oak Limb Cemetery in Crawford, MS. Visitation will be held Thursday one hour prior to service at the funeral home.
Mr. Taylor was born on March 15, 1929 in Crawford, MS to the late James David Taylor, and Maudie Lee Shelton Taylor. He was a member of the Columbus Church of Christ and a retired civil service equipment operator. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife, Eula Maybelle Taylor, 4 brothers, one sister and his son-in-law, Gary Stovall.
Survivors include:
His wife of 30 years, Frances Barham Lancaster
Daughter: Vicki Stovall
Son: Daniel F. Taylor, Jr. (Billie)
Step-daughter- Vicki Lancaster
5 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 7 great great grandchildren, and 1 step-grandson
Serving as pallbearers will be:
Matt Taylor, Beau Taylor, Russ Taylor, Kenneth Taylor, Aaron Stovall, Bridger Massey, Riley Massey, and Levi Massey

A reception will follow burial at the Christian Life Center at Crawford Methodist Church Main Street Crawford, MS.
