Daniel is preceded in death by his grandmother Maria Guerrero Martinez, Uncle Rogelio Martinez, and Aunt Diana Camargo.
He is survived by his Mother Gloria Torres and Stepfather John A. Ramos, His Father Daniel Tobias (Rachel). His spouse Krystal Marie Rivera, Children Danielle Rose Tobias, Daniel Ryan Tobias, Jayden Anthony Garcia, Branden Quinn Garcia. Siblings Veronica Herrera (Paul), Jessica Vasquez (Daniel), Michelle Tobias, Anthony Torres (Martha), Valerie Loy(Kevin) Christopher Tobias (Vanessa), John Albert Ramos jr. and 27 nieces and nephews and 18 great nieces and nephews.
Daniel was loved and will be dearly missed by those who knew him.
Funeral services will be on June 28, 2024 at M.E Rodriguez Funeral Home from 12-4 pm
