Daniel Jessie. Vincent Sr. 80 years old of Port Arthur TX. was born April 14, 1945, entered eternal rest on April 27, 2025, in Peaceful Rest with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Daniel affectionately known as Dan to many was born to the union of Jessie Vincent and Cora Ezora Peterson Vincent in Port Arthur Texas.
Dan's actions were always kind, generous, and intentional. Dan was a handyman with an active mind and could literally fix ANYTHING.
Dan was a proud graduate of Lincoln High School Class of 1963. After high school Dan continued his studies at Arkansas State University in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Dan then enlisted in the U.S Army where he served 4 years as a medical technician in active duty. He then moved on to California where he also became an ordained minister.
Dan married the love of his life Frieda Nell Andrews in 1975.
Dan was preceded in death by is his wife of 45 years Frieda Nell Vincent. Parents: Jessie and Cora Vincent. Sister: Peggy Bava Harris, nephews: Byron Seth Carruth and Kary Lamont.
Dan leaves to cherish his memory his children Elan Vincent-Wallace and Daniel Jesse Vincent II (Amanda) Grandchildren: Daniel Jesse Vincent III, Christian Don Vincent, Ivan Jovan Vincent, Ada Danielle Vincent and Adele Leitha Vincent. One brother: Griffen Kary Vincent (Esther). One sister: Jessie Lee Vincent Dorsey (Carruth). Neice: Trena Vincent Arceneaux (Eric), Ava Carruth and Nephew Jimmy Dawn Carruth (Katanja). Special family friend LaTasha Batiste. Dan also leaves to cherish his memory a host of other family and friends.
