Born on August 25, 1965, in Nashville, Tennessee, Daniel was the son of the late Charles James Waggoner. He was blessed with two loving mothers- Shirley Waggoner and Donna Jean Hamilton Waggoner-who survive him.
Daniel is also survived by his devoted wife, Cindy Reynolds Waggoner; his children, Lance Waggoner and Justin Floied; and his cherished grandchildren: Aiden, Landen, Cash, and Kennedy. A 1983 graduate of Halls High School in Knoxville, Daniel went on to attend the University of Tennessee. He worked for many years at American Can and later spent 17 years with Curl Construction, where he remained until his health no longer allowed him to work.
Daniel was a man of the Baptist faith who found joy in the outdoors. He loved cooking and grilling, metal detecting, camping in his RV, and was an avid fisherman-pastimes that brought him peace and connection with nature.
