Age 72, of Randolph, Town of Napoli, formerly of Kenmore and Florida, passed away at UPMC Hamot Medical Center, in Erie, PA with his family at his side. He was born in Buffalo, the son of the late Thomas John Wagner and Mary-Ann (Vitti) Wagner Martin. Mr. Wagner attended Kenmore East High School and honorably served his Country with the United States Navy. He retired from IOUE Local 17 Operating Engineers, Buffalo, where he worked as a Crane Operator for 40 years. He was a member of the Randolph American Legion Post 181 and the Road Vultures Motorcycle Club. Danny's interests were, riding motorcycles, playing the harmonica, listening to music, being an avid sportsman, including: hunting and fishing and spending time with family and friends. He was also known for the epic 4th of July parties he and his wife Michelle hosted throughout the years at their home "The Beaver's Meadows" in Randolph, NY. He is survived by his wife; Michelle M. (Puddu) Wagner, a daughter; Bridgett (Gino) Sciortino and a son; Philip (Delaney Colby) Wagner, three grandchildren, Tyler and Alicia Wagner and Nicholas (Allie) Sciortino and a great grandson, Lucas Sciortino. He is additionally survived by siblings; Valeri-Ann (Wayne) Bolduc, April-Ann (John) Ring, William (Carol) Martin, Robert (Robin) Wagner, Matthew (Nicole) Wagner and Nancy (Charles) Geiser. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Alice Brylinski Wagner, his brother Douglas W Martin, his parents Thomas and Mary-Ann, and a stepmother, Dorothy Wagner. A private family burial will take place at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Field of Honor. Family and friends are welcome to a Celebration of Life which will be held on September 27, 2025 at 1pm at The Iron Workers Local 6 Picnic Shelter, 196 Orchard Park Rd., West Seneca, NY 14224. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the VAN RENSSELAER and SON FUNERAL HOME, Randolph. Memorials may be made in Daniel's memory to the Disabled American Veterans Charity, 3725 Alexandria Pike, Cold Spring, KY 41076, online at www.dav.org.
