WOLCOTT- It is with profound sadness that the family of Daniel J. Walsh, age 68, of Wolcott share the news of his passing on Monday, December 2nd, 2024 at Complete Care at Harrington Court in Colchester.
Daniel was born in Waterbury, Connecticut on July 23rd, 1956, the son of the late Patrick Joseph Walsh Jr. and Madeline (Stanton) Walsh. He was raised in Prospect, graduated with the Class of 1974 from Wilby High School. Daniel was a longtime resident of Wolcott and had previously worked and made meaningful contributions at General Data Corporation, AMF Alcort Sailboats and Timex. Left to cherish and honor Daniel’s memory are his brother, Patrick Walsh III, his niece, Erika, many cousins and his very close friends, Bob and Patti Keating and the Wislocki Children. Along with his parents, he is also predeceased by his grandparents, Patrick Joseph Walsh Sr, Mildred Walsh, William and Ethel Stanton and his brother, Raymond Walsh.
