Daniel “Danny” Williams
Daniel “Danny” Williams, 76, died December 25, 2023 in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Mr. Williams was born in West Newton, Pennsylvania and moved to Fort Pierce, Florida in 1971.
Danny retired as Lieutenant from the Fort Pierce Police Department in 1996. He served in the U.S. Army from 1966 -1970, Rank of Sergeant and was the Commander of the VFW Post 8058. He enjoyed building things and playing poker.
Survivors include his wife, Sandra Williams of Fort Pierce, FL; son, James (Monica) Williams of Fort Pierce, FL; daughter, Lee Ann (David) Black of Fort Pierce, FL; grandsons, Philip Black and Toby Miller both of Fort Pierce, FL; granddaughter, Jaiden Williams; sister, Joanie (Frank) Peto of Ridgely, West Virginia; adopted daughter, Charlotte Loos; several nieces and nephews; special friends, Lacy Wills & Sherwood Starbird. He was preceded in death by his parents, Omar & Martha Williams and three brothers.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Lucie County 4-H Association (memo on check for Beef Builders 4-H or Show Stoppers 4-H Clubs.
Services: Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 30, 2023 from 11:00 am-12:00 pm with a service to follow at 12:00 pm at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce.
