Danny was born June 26, 1953 in Corpus Christi, Texas. He entered through heaven's gate on August 1, 2023 at his residence in West Monroe, LA. surrounded by his loving family. Danny was preceded in death by his parents; Odessa Curry Martin and William "Ed" Curry, Sr.; brother Calvin R. Curry.
Those left to cherish his memory are 5 brothers William E. "Bud" Curry, Jr. and wife Ruth of Hood River, OR, Harry W. Curry of Kilgore, TX, James P. "J.P." Curry and wife Vicki of Arcadia, LA, Charles E. Curry and wife Jean of Kilgore, TX, Bobby L. Curry of Dallas, TX; sisters Pamela A. "Sissy" Petty of Kilgore, Tx, Shirley L. Denton of Kilgore, TX, and Beverly K. Dorman of West Monroe, LA; Aunt Willie J. Shields of West Monroe, LA and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family wishes to extend a "Special Thank You" to the hospice staff and employees of Compassus Hospice of Monroe, LA. We appreciate all the prayers, visits, and the love shown to Danny during his illness.
In lieu of flowers, you may make a donation to Gideons International.
