Danny Paul Elmore, 76, of Lonoke, Arkansas passed away on February 4, 2026, in his home and surrounded by his loved ones. He was born November 23, 1949, in Charleston, Arkansas to Aaron and Pauline Ketchum Elmore.
Danny retired in 2021, from Danny Elmore HTG & A/C after more than 40 years in business. He attended Arkansas Tech after graduating from Lonoke High School. An avid outdoorsman and sports fan, Danny especially loved crappie fishing and hunting. He thoroughly enjoyed his trips to Colorado and was a proud member of the Seven Devils Hunting Club. Above all he was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Elmore, son, Kyle Elmore (Niki), grandsons, Brooks Elmore and Whitaker Elmore, a sister, Carolyn Turner (John), a brother, James “Jimmy” Elmore, and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family, which he loved deeply.
He was preceded in death by both his parents and his brother, Bill Elmore.
The family would like to express their gratitude to Regina “Jenny” Staton for her compassion and care given to Danny these last months.
The visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. and funeral service at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at Boyd Funeral Home in Lonoke. Burial will follow at Concord Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Boyd Funeral Home.
