Danny Ray Happy

Danny Ray Happy, 76, of Delight, Ar. passed away December 9, 2024 at the VA hospital in Little Rock, AR. He was born on June 28, 1948 in Delight, Ar. to Ernest and Martha Happy.

Danny was a Navy veteran and served in the Viet Nam war. He was a member of the church of Christ.

Danny worked in Florida as a marine mammal trainer. He also was a musician and played in a band in his younger years. He started doing taxidermy in his early teens and became a very well respected taxidermist in southwest Arkansas. His past time hobbies included carving and making his own fish baits. He loved hunting, fishing, trapping and gardening. He was an all around outdoorsman and also very artistic.

He is predeceased by his parents and his brother, Tommy Happy.

Survivors include, two sisters, Judy Fisher and husband, Buddy, of Royal, Ar., Pam Campbell and husband, Tommy, of Billstown, Ar., Sister-in-law, Nancy Happy of Hot Springs, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and his long time friend, Diane and all of her family.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 15, 2025 at the Pisgah Community Building, 1565 Highway 195, Delight, AR 71940.
