Danny Ray Hopkins, 77, of Tuckerman, passed from this life on Sunday, August 17, 2025. He was born April 20, 1948, in Newport, Arkansas, to Earl and Lillie (Wells) Hopkins.

Danny proudly served his country in the United States Army before returning home to pursue his passion for farming. He was a devoted cattle farmer and rancher, who worked tirelessly on the land and cared deeply for the life he built there. His love for the outdoors extended beyond farming-he enjoyed riding horses across the pastures, as well as hunting duck and deer with family and friends.

Though hardworking and strong, Danny's greatest devotion was to his beloved wife, Beth, of the home. Their love and partnership were at the center of his life, and together they shared countless memories and a deep bond that will endure beyond his passing.

Danny will be remembered for his dedication to family, his enduring work ethic, and the joy he found in simple country living. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Gary Hopkins, Larry Hopkins, and Roger Hopkins; his sister, Madelyne Montgomery; his nephew, Chris Rousey and his niece, Mindy Howard.

He is survived by his wife, Beth, of the home; his sister, Sheila Haskett of Arkadelphia and numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at Swifton Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at Dillinger Funeral Home Chapel.
