Wayne is survived by his mother, Mary Janson and stepfather Zak, son, Carl Foster, sister, Linda Hornback, brother, David Hornback, grandchildren, Seth, Abby, Lily, Kennedy, Kimberlyn, as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
A visitation will be held Saturday, January 17, 2026, at Scott Funeral Home from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM, with a memorial service beginning at 11:00 AM.
